  • My friend was scheduled to have Directv installed at her new place. Then I read all of these horrible reviews...I was scared! Fortunately, we did not have a similar bad experience. Our technician was Sergio and he was so helpful! He upgraded her receivers because they were very old and even showed my husband a "roof situation" (unrelated to the tv) that could potentially cause water in the attic. He did a great job for us.
