  • It's been a little over a week since my first initial cleaning. I am currently going through my first trimester and was looking for a safe and professional cleaning service. I made the decision to use Naturally Clean because of the great reviews on Yelp (even the negatives, that were professionally addressed by the owners). I was very happy with the work and attention to detail my Naturally Clean crew had. Not only was the walk through detailed with what to expect, but made sure I understood what they do and why they do it. After cleaning a section in my house they would have me come over and inspect it to make sure it was what I expected and if they couldn't get it clean the first time they explained why or wipe down anything that they missed. I was very happy with how everything came out and still enjoying my clean home, including the professionalism from speaking to Michelle over the phone to schedule to the cleaning crew that came and left without making my home smelling like they cleaned with harsh chemicals. I would use Naturally Clean again and refer them to my friends they did a great job! :)
