  • i requested an online quote and they arrived at the time they were scheduled but never called me back with any information regarding the job i asked for a quote for. i emailed the office and the receptionist said she would get back to me by the end of the day....... never did. I emailed them again and asked if there was a problem...... no response. this was 2 weeks ago.
