  • I bought a deal on groupon for 50 units of Botox for $250. Thought that was a great deal. Called booked an apt. On groupon it says body sculpt clinic at 250 queen west. Well I called to find the address and it was actually 248 queen west and it was called New You .. Red flag number one.. The clinic is basic, nothing special. The guy at the front desk is rude, unprofessional and an idiot. He compared dysport and Botox to "coke and Pepsi" . He did not leave me with a good first impression AT ALL. Then as I proceeded to fill out the forms. He calls some "Doctor" on the phone.. And then hands me the phone so he can confirm I'm "healthy enough" for injections. The strange man on the phone didn't even introduce himself. He asked if I've had Botox before, if I had any problems then said i should be good.. Red flag number 3.. Speaking to "Doctor" over the phone. such a joke. So as I'm reading all the bad reviews online while they asked me to bring my Groupon voucher up to redeem it, i told them no you weren't injecting my face. Shadyest people & place I've ever experienced. So groupon has agreed to refund me. Don't go here. I'm glad I didn't go through with any of their services because I'd rather throw my money down a drain then give it to these people.
