  • If like me you've struggled to find good ramen in Vegas, give Ohjah Noodle House a shot. Their Tonkatsu ramen is on point. The broth is incredibly flavorful with the right amount of thickness. The egg is perfectly cooked with a gooey center. Noodles are properly cooked and the right thickness as well. My only critique, if I had to pick one, would be the tenderness of the meet. Aside from that, the ramen was nearly a 5 Star!
