  • You know, we really like the doctor, but the staff is a bit difficult to deal with--they refuse to return phone calls. Just this week alone, we tried to call 3 times to schedule a surgical date and they do not call back. I feel as if I am leaving a message into a void where they laugh and laugh at my message and then hit the delete button. I have honestly never encountered a medical practice before where they have so little regard for their patients. Perhaps business is just a bit too good? --meanwhile, still waiting for a return phone call
