  • What can I say, best in town. Nice people, decent price, and great instruction. They have a selection of jiu jitsu, gi and no gi, kick boxing and some strength and conditioning classes as well as kids classes. Forest Griffin works out here on a regular basis and Drysdale teaches some of the classes regularly, not all of them though. Not going to talk about prices specifically but I shopped around and this place was competitive, nothing was cheaper. Most places seem to be similar with a few places that are priced higher. This gym has a world renowned jui jitsu coach, in a town that is the mecca of MMA, what else do you want. They also have real good prices on GIs when they have them.
