I was a little hesitant to try cyc at first since I had been to other spin classes and I figured I could get just as good of a workout from going on a stationary bike (wrong). I am super glad the instructors were persistent and convinced me to try it out for free (everyone's first ride is free).
The staff is really great and they help take spin to a whole new level. Every class is a wonderful full body workout that utilizes changes in pace, resistance, body position, optional free weights, and most of all they keep you motivated to push further when you want to slow down.
For me there is no better feeling than coming out of class soaked, knowing I was able to be pushed that much further.
