rev:text	I have to be honest this is a super mixed review for me. As far as price, quality and competency, I would rate them 5 star. It is the customer service part that drops them to 0 for me and is why I will not be returning. 1. Rudest answer to a phone call. I thought I was being yelled at and wasn't sure I had even called the right place. 2. I had called about my tires and was told they would be in around Tues, I would receive a call about them once they were in. No call, I had to call them. To their credit, they did acknowledge the mistake and squeeze me in that day. 3. Lots of cussing, swearing and inappropriate comments in the office while I was waiting. My concerns and questions were brushed aside with a miss we know what we are doing don't insult us by telling us how to do our job. 4. The real problem for me was when I called in to ask if they had put the new tires on the front or the back as the ones on the back looked newer to my untrained eye. I was asking what the new ones were labeled so I could be reassured. They literally asked me "how stupid are you"? They ordered me to bring my car back in so they could prove "my stupidity". I would never do that to one of my customers, they don't have my background in the industry so it's a valid question from their perspective. I will be doing everything through Al Colberts garage around the corner from here on out. He at least is polite, kind, explains things for the car illiterate and does it with a smile.
