  • I'd give negative 1,000 stars if I could. We bought a new house with a unit installed by Andersen. Year 2 we started having issues. Kept bringing people from Andersen out for service - always got no explanation, just told us it was normal and all fine. The customer service kept promising to call us, send us quotes, get back details on our warranty and never did. Then we had rust running down the side of our house and were told it was too late for warranty by then. Again, Andersen came out - "have to replace evaporator coil for $2,000." No explanation, nothing - couldn't get out of here fast enough. Instead we called Air-O-Seasons and they were more helpful in 5 minutes then Andersen has been in 5 years of dealing with issues. Air-O explained how Andersen's installation was lazy and flawed and the explanation made total sense. They explained every detail and made sure we were good to go before leaving. If you have a problem, call ANYONE but Andersen - Try Air-O-Seasons instead.
