  • Where to begin? Went to the drive thru ... live in North Scottsdale. Get home wrong donuts in the box . Call they say sure next time we will replace wrong order. Today at drive thru meet employee by the name of KATI ...... what a pleasure. I really expected a problem ....... nope no problem . She was professional and most important very sorry I had the problem . If there were more employees like KATI what a world it would be ....... She deserves a raise or promotion !!!!
