Took three co-workers here who had never been here before. The first thing you'll notice is all of the rules posted on the window, over the register and on the walls. For being a junk food place there sure rules and restrictions everywhere. The ordering system consists of you telling the counter person what you want and they hand it to the cooks, pretty simple and all of our food came as we ordered it.
Our visit went sour when the owner was delivering the food to our table. One of our party is hard of hearing and has to put his cell phone on speaker and press it to his ear to hear it. The owner rudely scolded him to get the call of speaker referencing one of his many signs. At no point did this guy ever consider that this person might have the call on speaker for a reason. Not to mention that it was barely audible beyond our table.
It isn't a library, it's an old, dirty and run down building that sells soggy bun burgers and fries. If you love stained ceiling tiles, dirty and rotting wheaties boxes, dirty floors and being discriminated against for being hard of hearing then by all means go here. This is obviously someone who doesn't think before they act and he lost four customers for life because of it.
The food was pretty disgusting one member of our party noted the burger was so greasey that it soaked the bun. Fries were fine but not enough of them for what was being charged. I had been here before with decent results but this time was terrible and I've never seen an owner do something so thoughtless and rude trying to embarrass someone for not following one of his arbitrary rules.
Next time, post your rules on your window and require them to be read before you enter instead of trying to come down on people once you already have their money. Bad food, bad management and too many rules - go somewhere else where they don't have ten commandments you have to abide by in order to eat their food.
