Being British stuck in the middle of the desert I have to say I nearly broke down in tears when I discovered this place. The joy of eating such delicious and American adapted English cuisine makes me very emotional. Satisfying me mentally, physically and culturally.
In a world where people actually rate gross, breaded, stale fish patty's from Pete's fish & chips as legit British food I had given up on life. How could such basic and easy British cuisine be so poorly executed? Maybe it's the desert heat? Even Brit owned restaurants here are poor... until now.
There is no wonder they are spreading across the valley so quick. The parts here are incredible and they have approx 1 billion options. There is only one style of Cornish pasty in England but the owner has adapted a bunch different styles and flavours in order to keep hold the average Americans attention (this can be difficult).
Overall a great experience, even though this place feels a bit like a dungeon I'm really ok with this as the teriyaki pasty gives me life.
