  • I am shocked at all the five star reviews. Pros: Johnny and his guy came out on a Saturday on short notice, fixed an issue I was having with my AC unit. Cons: They were generally unprofessional- being loud and cursing to boot - while they knew I had an infant trying to sleep in the next room. They left a big mess and made minimal effort to clean it, while charging me for about twice the time they actually spent working on the problem. They also made several recommendations that were plumbing-related that a licensed plumber rebuffed.
