  • We had problems with a powered love seat recliner. MOR came out & replaced the love seat with no hesitation. In time, the 2nd love seat began to fail in a similar manner. We went down to the store & spoke with the Showroom Manager, Shane Knubchandani. He had their repair person come out to the house & he said he could repair it but in time it would do the same thing. We obviously did not want that so in the end MOR issued a full store credit and we replaced the love seat with new furniture. It was great to see MOR stand behind their merchandise. They offered quick & professional customer service. Thank you Shane for all your help.
