  • Was so excited to see this place in Goodyear. Took my wife and daughter on Friday night and was kind of disappointed. The ice was pretty good that had flavor on it but the majority was plain ice. First, the Hawaiian ice and sno cone are two different ices. The sign said "snow to go" and showed it in a cup instead of the plastic dish so I thought it was the same thing just put in a cup to go. That isn't the case so my wife and daughter ended up with sno cones which they didn't really care for the hard ice. Next, we ordered and it was about 30 minutes until we actually received our order. The guys behind the counter move too slowly and walk back and forth wasting time. Lastly, I got the large hawaiian ice and there was about a 3/4 of an inch of flavor on the outside but the entire middle of the thing was plain white ice that I had to throw away. I only got to eat about half of it. What a waste. The hawaiian ice that actually had flavor was good but the wait and amount of waste was a disappointment. Would not recommend the sno cones, stick with the hawaiian ice. We'll give it another try before we write it off.
