  • PAC at Mesa Community College is a beautiful new 462 seat performance venue that opened in 2014. Performances here range from choir concerts, dance showcases, musical theater and more. Having previously seen shows at MCC Theatre aka Theatre Outback (270 seats), I already kind of had an idea of what to expect and the top-notch quality has not wavered at the new venue. I've been a fan of the performing arts at Mesa Community College for years now. You can call me a little bias because I'm an alumni, but I honestly do think there is oodles and oodles of talent at the school (and in the Valley for that matter). Having missed the opportunity to see Clue: The Musical (why was I not on top of that better?), I was not about to miss out on attending Legally Blonde (the musical) this past weekend (Omigod!). Tickets prices can vary depending on what type of performance you are going to see at the center. For Legally Blonde, the tickets were $10 for students, $15 for alumni and on up for the for general public. Money well spent! No, these aren't seasoned Broadway performers, but you can see some of the finest up-and-coming talent. The actresses that played Elle and Paulette were showstoppers and will go places (From Delta Nu to Harvard) for sure! Bruiser would thoroughly agree.
