2 weeks after we purchased outdoor daybed, the feet started breaking off. I filed a warranty claim. 5 days after filing and not receiving any calls, I called and scheduled someone to come out. The day before they were supposed to come out, they never called like they said they would. So I called and was told that my scheduled day for them to have someone come out was overbooked and cancelled. Bottom line, quality of furniture is cheap and customer service is awful.
