I hate to burst your bubble but this place is pretty much on the sucky side of subpar. The employees they have working in their deli section are consistently unfriendly and unhelpful. They do not even greet you when they come to pick up a sandwich order right in your face. And when they are standing across from you seeing you before they pick it up 10 minutes later they don't call out to say 'just a second' or 'just leave it there and we'll get it for you'. Other employees just push right into your way with their carts never bothering to say excuse me. The shoppers at this store are just as sour faced and obnoxious as the Whole Foods variety with less money but equal arrogance. They stand in your way clueless and just texting in front of the zucchini for another 10 minutes. Then others push right in front of you and get in your way while you are looking at items. Then there are the people who stare at the two types of bacon they have for 15 minutes trying to rub together two of their brain cells to make a decision. The produce looks like it's been assaulted by a cat and left in an alley to die. The bulk foods (nuts) seem to be an acceptable deal and good quality. They have some stuff you won't find anywhere else- but you will pay dearly for it! And most of their stuff you can actually find in other stores with some less annoyances. A lot of their stuff you can get cheaper elsewherr (i.e. half and half or almond milk). If you go by their fliers the prices can be more reasonable. I have found the cashiers to be of acceptable quality here and there. But it is sometimes hit and miss. The sandwiches at this particular location are made slower and poorer in quality compared to their Ahwatukee location. I paid extra for avocado and you could barely find it with a magnifying glass let alone taste it. The lettuce was also the nasty yellow end bits. And the crust tasted like it had been sitting out all day. It's a better deal then some meals but skip the extras at this location because you will just be paying extra but getting nothing.
