  • They opened late. After several people were standing outside, one of the patients called to see if they were going to be opening. It was 35 Degrees outside. Front desk is rude! I have never been treated like this at a doctors office. She acted like she was bothered and irritated to be at work. She had a demeaning, condescending and disrespectful attitude. She checked patients in, in the order she felt like and not who was in line first. When I questioned how long it might be she, in so many words, told me to screw off. Then, I heard her making fun of me to the other staff. I'm pretty sure what she was discussing is against HIPPA. I have so many friends that are nurses and the job is demanding and hard, but this this lady is burnt out and mean. I spoke to the doctor about her behavior and his response was," I just work here." To make matters worse I was still referred out and not treated. They got my money though.
