  • 0.8 just received the rudest email after sending a sweet email to see if we could redo trial after my hair did not look okay after trial . I am from Vegas and have limited time to come back and do a trial. I got a super mean passive aggressive email saying they could not handle my requests to make my hair more natural . Here included is how I fixed the Hair and makeup after trial vs what they did . I am literally in shock I sent the nicest email about just changing hair and got some nasty passive aggressive email they can't handle it . Look for yourself. Email I got: First and foremost I would like to thank you for your honesty and candor. After careful consideration I feel that I am not equipped to help you in the manner you deserve. My work load is very high and this time and to be honest you have very specific expectations that I feel I cannot meet. I too want you to look and feel your best and would never want a bride feel like our services made them looked aged.
