  • I bought this service as a Groupon in hopes it would help us get our rental property ready to rent. The house was completely empty of furniture so I thought, with 3 hours of cleaning it would be spotless. WRONG. Here's how this went. I called to schedule the service and had to call several times and leave several messages before I got a call back. The first appointment I could get was two weeks out. I booked it. When we went back to the house to see how they cleaned, we were NOT happy. I have no idea what that person did (because we did see a car there so we know someone was there), but it was not cleaning. The shelves from the fridge door were on the shelves, not put back. I guess that was an attempt to show that they did something, but the same dead wasp that was on the kitchen floor was still there (c'mon) and the bathrooms were still dirty. Like I said, nothing was done. When I called to complain and ask to have someone else come out and redo it, they explained that was a new person and they would have the owners do it themselves. Well, no one came on the day they were supposed to. So I called again, and no one again. Apparently there was a misunderstanding on their part on the date. Riiight. So they 10th time I called I guess one of the owners came out and did it themselves. She told me all the places she had cleaned. Well, if that's cleaning, I don't want to see the houses they do regularly. The fridge still had gunk in it, the floors were still dirty and had not been mopped, the cabinets weren't wiped out. At least the wasp was gone and the bathroom counters were clean, but I think that's all they did. I called to complain again and she said she did what I asked. When I said the top of the fridge was still dusty, she said she was short and couldn't even see up there. Seriously?! So I've now filed a complaint with Groupon and am asking for my money back. I'm tired of trying to deal with this company. DO NOT PAY SERVICES WITH THIS COMPANY. If you've already bought a Groupon, good luck. I hope your experience is better than mine.
