  • Went there on August 22nd, found cute clothes but as I was checking out Claudia a salesclerk charged my card after I asked her to cancel it and used a different card to pay. Have gone back twice to speak with Patty and John (managers) who keep giving me a complete run around saying that the money would be refunded in a week. Been 2 weeks now and NOTHING! I called my bank to get an investigation into this matter! Still have my receipt and transaction report of both cards that were charged! INCOMPETANT MANAGEMENT!
