  • Please note, this review is of the Gilbert location. Let me start by saying, the doctor was great, but that is the only thing this place has going for it. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and after my entire experience, the doctor being great was not enough to get me to stay as a patient. The front office staff is rude, they are booked out 6-8 weeks for everything but the initial patient consultation, the office has questionable billing practices, and you will never be able to reach an office manager or person in their office during normal business hours. It took me three days of calling during posted business hours to finally reach someone to schedule a follow-up appointment. No one will return your messages either. Now, let me tell you about their questionable billing. They will charge you for a 45 minute consult the first time you see them even if your face to face time with the doctor was less than that. I was told by billing that this is the office policy. They justify it by saying they charge for all the prep work involved in your chart before and after the consult, but will never show you the documentation of it. I can't even begin to imagine how many people they have overcharged.
