  • Steven, one of the owners of the Hub, got back to me super quickly regarding my pricing issue (see previous review). Honestly, I was not even expecting a response (let alone such a quick one). He graciously offered my 15% refund, and stated that a "promise is a promise", which is one of the main tenets of excellent customer service.
