| - I love this!!! 1-star means "Eek! Methinks not!!!" ... well, that is the least I would say about this place. Having regularly gone to see an RMT at a clinic, the fact that this place advertises Reg'd Massage Therapists is laughable. I got two vouchers on WagJag for hot stone massages. Great! The lady put them on my "covered" back and then, basically, proceeded to move her hands around on my back. Not once did she go into my skin, deep or otherwise. This proceeded for an hour, which was the time of the massage. That was the service. You judge. There is no way she was an RMT. This is grossly false advertising and it is illegal according to the Regulated Health Professions Act. CMTO has been notified, as well as BBB.
Follow up: BBB has contacted them and they have not answered BBB back. Imagine that! I think the next step is the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, but then, I think 32 negative reviews on here have to count. I wish people looked at reviews of business they purchase on GROUP BUYS before they purchase, I certainly do after this experience. Like other people on here, I got a refund from WagJag. It was painless. I like that actually. A business that doesn't provide a proper service should not be taking our hard earned money.
