  • Very good installations. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I was visiting from Atlanta and wanted to catch a movie, looked on Yelp and this movie theater had good reviews. So I checked it out, reserved my ticket on fandango and payed the "convenience fee" but yet I still had to wait in line for in the cold for my ticket. There was only one cashier open and there was another lady inside the box office just scratching her atrocious hair wile their was a long line of customers standing in the cold. When she finally decide to do her job ( after 10 minutes of scratching) was my turn and I asked her what was the point of paying a convenience fee if there was nothing convenient about standing in line in the cold. She just shrugged, and said " there ain't nothing I can do!! The the ticket lady was very rude as well!! I'm not in the habit of writing bad reviews but they deserve it. Save your money. Go somewhere else.
