| - Nope. Never again. Sorry I ever stepped foot in this place! I toured once, then signed my 1 year old son up for his first day. It was going to be a long, almost 12hr day. I said to the teacher that I only wanted him eating the food I brought because he has dietary issues, mainly a dairy intolerance. Immediately, she offered him cheese and crackers. Then she was confused as to why I stopped him. There were 10 kids in the room with one teacher, and I should have stoppe there, but I was assured another teacher was comin soon. Luckily, I went to check on my son in the middle of the day. I saw a teacher smack a child's hand. My son had wood chips from the ground of the play area all over his face- nobody stopped him from eating them. When I asked his teacher what he ate, she said hot dogs and beans- that was not what I packed. When I brought this to the ?manager/owner? (don't know what she is, but all of the teachers called her grandma) attention, she only said that hot dogs are not dairy. She never apologized or anything. I had to pull my son out of there. What a poorly run establishment. When I asked for a refund (they were so jumbled on the price because there are so many variables) I was told that I voluntarily pulled him and would not receive a refund of any kind. I called the state, but unfortunately we know how Az is with child care, so I don't expect much from them. But be careful! This place is not acceptable. If you can't feed a child as the parent wants, you should NOT take care of people's children.
If I could give a negative amount of stars, I would!!
