  • Kyle Israel agreed to take a dental malpractice case @ 250.00 per hour because there were not large monetary damages for him to recover. My wife and I wanted to pursue the case anyway so we agreed to the $250. per hour. Every time it was set up to speak to him and go over the case through his secretary, he had something more pressing like being out of town for a deposition or whatever and it was postponed or cancelled several times over almost three months. Then we were told that he was too busy and would not be able to take the case. So we wasted three months waiting for him to back out.
