  • I'm seriously confused as to why the ratings on this place are so low. I spent 6 amazing months at San Marin and the only reason I left was because I was moving back to Cali. But this place is so legit! Not only is it walking distance to firehouse, Hefe, smashboxx, etc (making it the best pregame spot) but its also super inexpensive to live here. I can honestly say that I probably spent more money at the bars in Scottsdale each month than I did on my rent. San Marin is filled with fun people and its also nice, like what more can you ask for? There's a pool in the middle of the complex that's really nice, although I honestly never went swimming cause I spent the majority of my time at work/bars during my time in az. And yeah they charge you for some annoying stuff but personally I felt like I already owed that money to San Marin anyway cause my rent was like dirt cheap. My girl Lori who works at the front office is amazing and super nice and helpful. I would hands down recommend living here and I always recommend it to my friends that are moving to Scottsdale!
