  • I like their dogs, best ones in town. Customer service usually sucks though because the staff gets so bitchy. Today my experience here was worse than in the past. They had the basketball game so loud that it was hard to be heard by the cashier when ordering (TV is right above the ordering station for to go orders). After waiting for several minutes to be acknowledged by the staff someone came to the register. The order taking guy didn't look at me once during the order and I had the distinct feeling I was keeping him from his tables. I tried to order what I used to get (was called the Great Linkisi or some such) and instead of telling me "we don't make that anymore" the order taker simply denied all knowledge of the old flagship dog and didn't offer similar options even when asked. He was not even willing to check with another staff member to see if they knew what it was (and a lot of these guys have worked here for a while).
