We have been here 4 times today... for a total of 4 hours in the store and a total time of 8 hours dealing with multiple issues. I had to tell them which plans they offered and which worked out to be cheapest. They couldn't get the phone to login to Google. They gave us the wrong version phone. They sent us on a wild goose chase to find the rebate form. We are still not done. I did the same thing several months ago in a different Verizon store in under 30 minutes and only one trip. They did not apologize and they have not offered anything to compensate us. This is the worst retail experience I have had.
