I agree with Tessa D. We called today to figure out a problem with our gate remotes since lightning struck near the gate. The guy on the phone has no product knowledge at all because he tried to say ours should work because everyone else's does and no one else has complained. Well, no one has complained because they obviously know that Epic collects a check and intends to proved worthless customer service. I'm not worried about other people. I'm trying to solve my problem so that I can access my home. This gate only started being a problem since Tonya convinced us to use her vendor. Same situation as when we used her landscaper Green Environmental and they turned off the water and killed all our trees. She's in it for the money and could care less about providing any service. Oh, and when I shot her a text at 10:45 p.m., she decided to be her normal snide self and ask what I want her to do at 10:45. Lady, I'm obviously just sending over the request. I know what normal business hours are. Deal with it in the morning. You make yourself look dumber trying to look so smart.
