  • Had the worst hair salon experience of my life here. Originally was booking to do my hair at Helens home, as it was recommended by an acquaintance. She said she was busy, and told me to come in on a Wednesday since it was 25% off day. I showed her exact photos of what I wanted and after an almost 400$+ 50$ tip left home with Dark brown almost black roots and bleach blonde at the bottom. It looked like my hair had been growing out for months and there was no gradual blending whatsoever. It was horrendous since I have naturally blonde hair to begin with. It took me 3 months to wash the black out of my blonde hair. I would have never posted a review if it wasn't for Helens rotten attitude and extremely rude demeanour. She refused to fix my hair and ignored my messages/ phone calls and would not take me in until two weeks after and was complaining about that . Not only did she never even give the 25% discount, she over charged me. I was at the salon for 2 hours and here is the bill and conversation that went on. Update... Helen and owner were still trying to reach and harass me... photos attached.
