  • Jeff at the store was great and worked with us to help find exactly what we wanted. He was thorough in reviewing bed options and packages. He was never pushy and the financing was convenient. The delivery guys, on the other hand, couldn't have been sloppier or more in a hurry. I had to remove all the plastic from the bed base, which is a pain on the adjustable beds. The delivery guys lost the strap that ties the two bases together. Tempurpedic sent us one. We still haven't heard back from Ashley. Lastly, we have a dumpster in our driveway for the renovation work being done. The delivery guys decided to put all of the boxes in our dumpster versus hauling it away, taking up space where broken out tile, fiberglass, and counters should be going. I was also planning on putting my old mattress in there, but was forced to pay $40 for the mattress guys to haul it away because your delivery guys filled my dumpster with boxes. I am not happy about that. Oh, and the missing strap- they threw it away in my own dumpster. Next time, haul the packaging back with you. Just because I threw an unrelated box in there while you were here, doesn't give you green light to put 5 huge boxes in it. I will say that the delivery manager followed up with me and offered to have someone go dumpster diving and retrieve the boxes, so we just went from two stars to five. Thank you.
