Okay, every time I know I have to go in it makes me dread that day. I did my REAL ID just the other day and the line was just barely out the door. I didn't even realize they moved the main entrance over to the leftmost doors.
You get through that info line just to get a place in the "real" line to finish your business.
Obviously you would want to go very early in the morning if you can make it, unlike me. I went roughly around 930am. Took me a total of 4 hours.
I really adore the text system, though. Granted, the timing isn't 100% accurate but that's expected. I literally got my place in line and then hopped over to Babystacks with a friend for breakfast. By the time I was done, it was pretty much my turn in line :).
P.S. We all know how service is at DMV but my lady was super friendly. Although, the lady to get my place in line wasn't very pleasant.
