I was in for a service for the first time at this location as I always go to Dixie Honda. I pull in and the service guy checking my car in for a regular oil change was very friendly but I wasn't happy with the service here. He didn't explain properly the extra thing he made me add on by through the "warranty losing card" as my car is under 3 year warranty. Although the service was done but as we both were on a separate page on thinking what is happing I wasn't happy once the payment lady stated what was done on the vehicle. If I understood what was done properly I would have opt out as this would have been covered in my next service as I would have required a Service B for the next run.
The waiting area is decent but is quite open and in the middle and does have complementary tea and coffee.
The good thing here was the complimentary car wash which Dixie Honda does not have.
