  • This is a local Chicago pizza joint. We have gone here ever since we moved to Arizona, but service has gone down the past few years. The place has a high turnover rate and it is mostly run by kids, who don't really care all too much about the job. Most of the cashiers seemed bothered by the customer's presence, or give you an attitude. However, the managers do care and make an effort when things go wrong. For example, we order a pizza, and It is missing a topping. So they offer the next pizza at a discount. Regardless, the same mistakes keep occurring which is frustrating. Also, the prices are average for this kind of restaurant. But we always order the same item, but each time we are charged a different price! How does that happen? We keep coming back because we hope that it will improve to the way it was a few years ago. We still enjoy the pizza itself, and the atmosphere is nice for a quick-serve. Also, the location is convenient and we enjoy supporting a local place.
