  • My experience today at McDonald's was terrible. The staff was unfriendly and the wait was unacceptable. When we arrived they promptly took our order. Then everyone waited a minimum of 25 minutes to get their food. Four employees were working to fill each order in an ineffective manner. People who had been waiting were watching people who had just arrived get their food and leave. No apologies were made for the poor service. When we finally ate, our food was subpar and hard. This "quick" stop was definitely a disappointment. Next time, I'll skip this stop and choose one of the many other restaurants in the area.
