So my husband went there last 10/13/17, 3 mins to closing time. So apparently CLERK # 3 named Crystal or Diamond whatsoever was really in a hurry to go and wanted to kick him out by opening the door so he could leave right away. So she let my husband wrote the address on a priority mail envelope and the return envelope that's inside of it - she didn't even computerized it and stick it in on those envelopes. Since she's in a hurry to leave, she fucked up the address upon tracking it. Those documents are very sensitive. Delivery address should be in Los Angeles, CA but she put Aliso Viejo, CA (idk where the fuck she got that address). And when we check online and called usps, she didn't even put a street number on it, just ALISO VIEJO. So they charged us $22 to intercept a package to the correct address. I was like WTF!! Why do we have to pay for the mistake that we didn't do? U guys need to refund my money back for that since u fucked up the address because of your laziness.
