I went for my first time today. I loved it a bit of a wait, and in fact while I was in line the line tripped out the door, very popular place! I got the pulled pork with a side of Mac & Cheese and Baked Beans. It's an assembly line kind of set up. I got the food to go so can't comment on the atmosphere. The pork was good, a little dry but good portion amount. I've had BBQ at Dickey's and it's been super fatty- this was not the case at all at Pork on a Fork.
The mac & cheese reminds me of Picaddillys if any of you are from the south. The backed beans were really good, and I'm not even a baked beans kind of gal! I used the sweet tangy bbq sauce and really liked it- very tangy and they gave me tons of sauce cups full of it to go!
It was good!
