  • I went to tommy at 4:26pm Today january 2nd I was so excited to find a place with xxs. I wanted to buy a bunch of sweaters that finally fit me i was so happy. I liked a skirt and the only size that fit me was on the manican. i asked a woman if i could try it on because that was the only one my size. She walked to the manican then she said with a horrible attitude "if i take it off it means you are gonna buy it" I said yes. i want to try it on. if it fits me i will buy it" She said "NO if i take it off is because you are buying it for sure" so I asked how do i know it fits me?? She said try another skirt... Other skirts were not the same i looked at my mom to see if i misunderstood and my mom said what? So she repited. If i tajenit off the manican is because you will buy it i wont take it off just for you to try it. I walked to another employee a male employee and i explained what happened i asked if that was true. He said" no, but i can help you." He walked to the manican and the woman emoloyee (which is the manager) told him not to help me! She said "NO! If she wamts to try it she can search for anither skirt her size" Does it makes sense? Why would i try another kind of skirt? They were not even same lenght. Not the same style! Her attitude was so rude. I became so sad. What kind of costumer service is this?? So my family and i decided not to buy anything they lost a bunch of sales today each sweater was about 60 to 70dls we all had clothes we wanted to buy and we were so shocked their costumer service was this bad we said thanks but we wont take anything. Trying to stay calm. She told me rude again that she was the manager. Which i already knew. Her attitude eas the worst of all. If she had been nice about it, but the way she talked to me was so rude. I am not coming back and if this really are the rules at tommy H. Then i am not shopping there at all.
