  • I saw some pictures for this place online and it looked amazing, I was not using yelp back when my family booked the hotel and it said it was 4 stars. It's a very big hotel with lots of rooms (apparently over 1000) so I was very excited. I got to my room and it was okay. Nothing amazing just a normal hotel room. The balcony was kinda gross and dirty but I didn't care. The pool was nothing like the pictures. Very small and the lifeguards weren't even paying attention to the kids. They had a breakfast bar and it was 75$ for one adult and two kids!! The food wasn't amazing and it was crazy overpriced. Also the wifi was TERRIBLE! The bus I took to the hotel had better wifi. There are so many amazing hotels in Toronto but this isn't one.
