I'll give 3 stars. I'm sure they are capable of a 5 Star experience and are great to those they are able to help out. The facility is clean and beautiful and everyone is friendly. When I first walked in I was greeted by Doreen. She is an amazing front desk person- sweet, patient, and kind- perfect for her job. I went in with what I think is some sort of fungal/ yeast infection on my underarms. I was unable to get in with my normal Dr. and had a crazy outbreak that itches and burns. The PA took a look, could tell she had no clue. Called in the DR. also clearly had no clue, but tried to play it off as just exczema. Combined, they looked at it for maybe 30 seconds and then said that it "might be this" or "might be that" but ultimately I could tell they just didn't know. After paying $50, I was reasonably upset they were just gonna prescribe whatever for it, especially when they were clueless. Why would you prescribe me antifungal if in fact you
Thought it was exzema? I had a weird feeling. I was thankful I was able to get my money back for such wasted time. I appreciate the PA for trying to make it right but I would have appreciated they just been honest and told me they didn't know from the start. I'm sure they are great for colds and less complex things and would probably try again if it was a simpler situation.
