  • It's your typical Home Depot but the staff have been consistently rude and unhelpful. One example (the worst) is I tried to buy a washer and dryer from this store and was ignored and left standing there for a good 30 minutes. Two staff members actually stood in front of me having a conversation, when I said excuse me they separated from each other and one said someone would be right with me. Over 10 min later no one showed up. I went to the customer service desk and they said the person who works that section was at lunch but a manager would come over, another 10 -15 minutes went buy and no one showed up. Once again I went to customer service, they said the same thing and no one showed up again. I ended up leaving going strait to Lowes where I bought the same washer and dryer on the spot in about 5 minutes and saved about $40. Another example was when I bought a vanity the guy getting it off the shelf was so rude and put out that he had to help me I almost left, he actually snapped at me. I live a block from this Home Depot and I have given up with the customer service, so if I have questions or need help I go somewhere else.
