  • Every single aspect of our first visit was just great! I was very impressed with the staff friendliness, promptness and professionalism. We're new to the area and I was hesitant about finding just the right vet and animal care for our beloved dog. After reading very positive reviews here on Yelp , I called for an appointment. When I asked for a visit as soon as possible, they arranged for an appointment that afternoon. The office was clean,clean,clean. No waiting. Dr. Ciminello saw my pet after her assistant spoke with me initially. I was put at ease by several things her assistant told me about pet care relative to living in this desert environment. It was a relaxed atmosphere for my scared dog. Dr. Ciminello diagnosed my pet's issue quickly after her gentle assessment. He did require minor surgery, which was scheduled the very next day. The surgery went extremely well and stitches came out one week later. Again everything was professional,prompt and helpful. We will be comfortable and happy to return! I almost forgot to mention the fees. EXTREMELY reasonable. I was prepared for a much bigger bill. This was excellent.
