  • Let me start off by saying how disappointed I am. I have been a customer for the past year. Today I had an appointment at 4pm and due to traffic I was 9 minutes late. I was denied the appointment over a situation that was out of my control. I live 45 minutes away and I can't believe I was denied. All I needed was a trim, no blow dry no nothing just a trim. In the past I have sat there and waited for geovanny for 5-10 minutes past my appointment as he was attending to another client and I waited patiently, I can't believe he wouldn't give me the same courtesy.
