  • I love the doctors but the staff and nurses are rude. I got a phone call the day of my daughter's appointment to reschedule. She said they have been trying to get a hold of me but couldn't, which is a lie, because I have no records of their calls. So they implied it was my fault. I am a stay at home mom so,my phone is always on. They keep assuming my daughter is a boy just because how her named it spelled, but it's on the records that it's a girl and they keep changing it to a boy. They do this every time we go in for our appointment or when I want to make an appointment.
