  • I found this company on Yelp and was very impressed. Professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. They answered the phone, took a message with my info, and a plumber (Mike) called me back within 10 minutes. He scheduled an appointment (not an emergency, but we did have a leak) - he came promptly and fixed the issue with expertise. We had had another plumber out who said it was not a plumbing issue, it was a landscaping issue - after having a landscaper company out who couldn't fix it, it ended up being fixed by EZ Flow the first time. He also gave me instructions for an issue inside the house for a pipe for our remodel that was not done correctly (but I hadn't contacted them for this issue and wanted to fix it myself or have the original plumber fix it). I told the initial lady on the phone that I found them on Yelp, so I could get the $30 off they are advertising currently for new customers. That is the only issue that we had - they charged my credit card but I am not sure if I got the Yelp discount, as I do not have this as a line-item on the invoice. We will definitely use this company again for our plumbing needs.
