  • Worst experience ever. They quoted me a price for a Kia Forte and when I asked for the purchase order they come back with an additional $1,200 tacked on. When I asked why it was more they said "there was a miscommunication between sales and the fiance manager. They were are unprofessional and do not make any attempt to make it right. I decided not to even buy a Kia because of the negative experiences at other Kia dealerships. When you are shopping for a car at the dealerships, question every discount because they lump the discounts in one amount and call it the "sale price". There was a $1000 discount included but only if you finance through Kia. They want to fiance through them so they can get their kick-back. I had my own financing and they didn't want anything to do with me.
